Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
If you are in USA: 4-7 working days delivery for standard shipping, 3-5 working days for priority shipping.
For worldwide orders: 5-10 working days for standard shipping
What is your warranty policy?
We offer 30 days return, 1 year replacement, 2-year warranty and 24/7 customer support:
1. You can return the oxygen concentrator at any time within 1 month of purchase.
2. If the machine develops any problems within 1 year of delivery, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
3. Furthermore, it is covered by a 2 years warranty for any manufacturing defects.
4. The warranty policy does not cover to all the accessory products.
